We offer $8 flat-rate shipping on all orders, with complimentary shipping on orders over $60.

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2–5 business days once dispatched.

Because each bag of BentPenny Coffee is roasted to order, please allow at least 1 business day for fulfillment prior to shipment. This brief wait allows us to deliver coffee at its peak freshness.

We source our coffee from 100% certified organic farms in Peru, Honduras, Burundi, and Sumatra. We believe caring for the planet and the people who grow and tend our coffee is just as important as what ends up in your cup.

Each farm uses growing practices free from synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers, supporting healthier ecosystems and safer working conditions. The result is coffee that’s better for the environment, better for the farmers, and better for you.

The Swiss Water® Process is a 100% chemical-free method of removing caffeine from coffee beans while preserving their natural flavor. Instead of using solvents, this process relies on pure water, temperature, and time to gently extract caffeine from the beans.
