Sarah was introduced to coffee at a young age through her uncle, who owned and operated a popular coffee roaster in Mazatlán, Mexico. She spent much of her childhood traveling to stay with family, learning the culture and witnessing firsthand how coffee brings people together.
Angelo’s roots trace back to Cuba. He grew up watching his grandparents make Cuban coffee in a cafeteria. A ritual grounded in care, patience, and togetherness.
